I am looking for World War I court-martial files of a specific case

The Militärgerichtsarchiv was massively damaged during the Second World War losing all its finding aids. It is currently being recatalogued.

Access to individual files is only possible if the competent military tribunal can be identified.

Court-martial files that have already been recatalogued can be browsed via the “Archival Information System” by name, offense or crime, rank, unit, etc.

In case the files of a military tribunal have not yet been recatalogued, you will need to peruse all the extant boxes of the tribunal concerned.
