I wish to publish reproductions of archival material in print, display them in an exhibition or publish them online

As of 1 September 2026 reproductions of archival material held by the Austrian State Archives can be published (in print, on the internet etc.) and displayed at no charge (Creative Commons CC BY-ND).

Please indicate the exact reference number (“Archivsignatur”) of the archival item/s and send a free deposit copy of your publication to the Austrian State Archives Library, Nottendorfer Gasse 2-4, 1030 Wien.
